Joe Luck has been working in the real estate industry since 1992 and has vast experience in all aspects of residential and multi-family real estate sales and management.  He has trained agents for one of the largest privately owned firms in the country.  Joe has listed and sold hundreds of properties in his career and he has also successfully managed over 1200 residential rentals.  This experience makes him the perfect agent to represent you and help you achieve your Triad real estate goals.  Joe and his wife Mindy have lived in Winston Salem for more than 10 years and are proud to call the Triad home.  Mindy is a Certified Relocation Professional with a large corporate relocation firm.

As a REALTOR® and licensed General Contractor, Joe brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients as he guides them through the real estate transaction process.

Born and raised in the Winston-Salem area, Joe has a thorough understanding of the current market and emerging trends in the area.  With a keen eye for design and a construction background, Joe is able to accurately advise sellers preparing their homes for the market, as well as help buyers understand the components and possibilities for the homes they are considering.

Prior to real estate, Joe spent over 12 years working in supply chain and purchasing roles for large corporate organizations.  During this time he honed his negotiation skills through negotiating multi-million dollar corporate contracts for goods and services as well as completing several negotiation training programs.  This makes Joe the ideal agent to have in your corner as you go through the real estate negotiation process.

Joe is a graduate of UNC-Charlotte where he earned a BSBA in Industrial and Operations Management.  He enjoys spending time with his family and participating in various outdoor activities.
